Julian has worked at some of North America's best restaurants, including Alo and Momofuku in Toronto and the 3 Michelin starred Grace Restaurant in Chicago. Julian's passion and respect for ingredients shows in his tasting menus. His commitment to continuous learning and improvement drives everything Ten does.

Rebecca Pettigrew

Sommelier


Rebecca has curated wine for and managed some of the best restaurant's in the city. Her ability to pick the perfect wine to accompany your meal and her hospitality is unmatched. Not only does she curate our beverage list but she is also the FOH manager for the restaurant and is key to the restaurant running smoothly.
